attempt to work out greatest english language feature films of last ten years.

This is a list site in which I'm trying to work out what makes a great film and if it can be decided on. Other greatest film list always seem too wide. How do we know that the greatest films of all time are mostly indian or Chinese or that they were only seen by 12 people. or that they're maybe art films. Maybe by reducing the criteria it's possible to really learn what makes a film great.
The obvious answer is the script. I lean more towards that, but many people might feel that action or special effects make a film great. Are there any values for judging that a film is good or is it just dependent on the film's market?
